AT GREENTREE CLEANERS, YOUR SATISFACTION MATTERS
Greentree Cleaners is committed to providing you with the highest quality dry cleaning and professional laundry service. If for any reasons you are not completely satisfied with the quality of cleaning that you have received, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and Greentree Cleaners will reprocess your garment at no additional charge.
Terms and Conditions:
• We assume all items left by a customer for dry cleaning are dry-cleanable.
• We are not responsible for buttons, belts, elastics, buckles, ornaments, and zippers
• We are disclaiming all responsibility for orders left over 30 days.
Stains:
Greentree Cleaners does its best in removing unwanted stains, but Greentree Cleaners cannot guarantee removal of all stains.
Care Labels:
Greentree Cleaners follows manufacturer fabric care label instructions and the International Fabricare Institute (IFI) cleaning guidelines for all garments. If any damage results from following the label instructions, Greentree Cleaners cannot be held liable. If an item does not have a label, the Customer submits garment at his/her own risk.
Objects left in garments:
Although our associates do their best to find objects left in garment pockets, Greentree Cleaners will not be responsible for such objects or the damage such objects might cause to clothing during the cleaning process.
Items pick-up:
Due to circumstances beyond our control, once an order is picked up, we cannot be responsible or liable for any damages or missing items. Therefore, please check all items carefully upon receipt of your order.
Missing Garment Policy:
Greentree Cleaners takes the utmost care in cleaning your clothing. If you have a garment or item missing from your order and notified us at the time of order pick-up and in the rare case that we cannot locate your garment or item within two weeks, Greentree Cleaners will issue you a check or credit limited to 10 times our charge for processing the garment or item.
Damaged Garment Policy:
Greentree Cleaners takes the utmost care in cleaning your clothing. If you have a damaged item and notified us at the time of order pick-up, our dry cleaning production manager will analyze your garment and we will contact you within one week to discuss our findings. If in our assessment, we are responsible for the damage of your garment, Greentree Cleaners will issue you a check or credit limited to 10 times our charge for processing the garment or item.
